GemSnap offers auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock unlimited AI identifications and all premium features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.

The Weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial and the Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial, for users who have not previously subscribed to GemSnap. During the free trial you have full access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the price of your plan ($3.99 for the first week on Weekly, or $39.99 for the first year on Annual) and your subscription will continue to renew.
Free trials are non-transferable and are available once per Apple ID.
Every new install includes one free scan without a subscription. The free result shows the name and photo of your stone; the full report, including value context, authenticity checks and details, and saving to your collection, requires a subscription or free trial. If the free scan comes back uncertain, you may be offered one more try. Further scans require a subscription. The free scan is remembered on your device, so reinstalling the app does not reset it.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then. Cancelling does not result in a partial refund for the current period.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page. GemSnap does not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change the price of your current plan, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued subscription after notification of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
After your subscription ends, you will revert to free tier access. Your collection, notes, and scan history remain saved on your device. You will need to subscribe again to perform new identifications beyond your free scan.
