GemSnap offers auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock unlimited AI identifications and all premium features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.

The Weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial for users who have not previously subscribed to GemSnap. During the free trial you have full access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $3.99 for the first week and your subscription will continue on a weekly basis.
Free trials are non-transferable and are available once per Apple ID.
All users receive a one-time welcome bundle of 10 free identifications without a subscription. After the welcome bundle is used, free users receive 3 free identifications per day.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then. Cancelling does not result in a partial refund for the current period.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page. GemSnap does not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change the price of your current plan, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued subscription after notification of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
After your subscription ends, you will revert to free tier access. Your collection, notes, and scan history remain saved on your device. You will need to subscribe again to perform new identifications beyond the free scan allowance.
